Krav Maga:
Required for Kids Krav: Must have KMS attire* and youth boxing gloves. Mouth guard optional. Belt to be worn in class.
Required for Beginner Class: KMS attire*, groin protection or mouth guard optional.
Required for intermediate class: Must have passed yellow belt cert, KMS attire*, 12 oz or 16 oz boxing gloves, MMA gloves, shin guards, mouth guard, (groin protection or head protection optional)
Required for advanced class: Must have passed orange belt cert, KMS attire*, 12 oz or 16 oz boxing gloves, MMA gloves, shin guards, mouth guard, (groin protection or head protection optional)
Weapons:
Required: Must have yellow belt certificate to attend. KMS attire*, groin protection and mouth guard recommended.
Sparring:
Required: Must have yellow belt certificate to attend. Held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Must have same gear as intermediate/advanced classes.
Cardio Bag:
Required: Gym clothes ok, 12 or 16 oz boxing gloves or MMA style gloves of your choice. If self guided see white board for workout or instructions. Wipe down equipment after use.
Open Gym:
Required: Please clean any equipment that you used and end your workout prior to 5 min before the next class time.
